Step One: Contact a Vanguard Team Member - Tell us about your project by applying using our online application -
Tell us about you and your past experience
Step Two: Get qualified with a “Line of Credit” to bid on properties
Step Three: If you have a project in mind, we will send you the forms needed to get started.
Step Four: After reviewing your project and you choose to proceed we will arrange an appraisal of your property.
Step Five: Construction or large rehab projects require a “Cost Feasibility Study” to determine amount and terms of financing we can offer you.
Step Six: Documents are prepared for your signature.
Step Seven: Funding and recording of your loan.
The process takes approximately four to six weeks for construction financing and three to four weeks for rehab financing.
